As we continue to grow, we're looking for a compassionate and motivated Therapy Assistant to join our supportive and dynamic team at our flagship service in Nuneaton.

What we’re looking for:
✅ A recognised qualification in Psychotherapy or Counselling and current professional registration (e.g. UKCP, BACP, HCPC)
✅ Experience working therapeutically with children and young people, ideally those with developmental trauma and neurodiversity
✅ Skilled in delivering individual and group therapy within a trauma\-informed and attachment\-focused framework
✅ A confident communicator who can work closely with care teams, families, and education staff to ensure consistent therapeutic support
✅ A reflective and resilient practitioner who values supervision and continuous development
✅ Strong clinical documentation, formulation, and reporting skills
✅ Commitment to embedding therapeutic approaches into daily life in a residential care setting
