As a Residential Care Worker, you’ll be working directly with young people, helping them rebuild trust, confidence, and life skills. That might mean:
- Taking them to the gym, football, or outdoor activities
- Being a strong, positive role model they can rely on
- Supporting them through challenges and helping them grow
The Pay \& Progression
- £14\.00 per hour (rising to £15\.20 when leading shifts)
- £70 per sleep\-in (4–5 per month)
- £40 per on\-call (around 1 per month)
- Realistic yearly earnings: up to £32K,000 a year
We develop people quickly — many of our team progress into senior roles as we put staff through a fully funded level 4 qualification.
