Role Overview
- Job Title: Property Sales Manager
- Location: Braintree Office (Fully Office\-Based)
- Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
- Position Type: Full\-Time, Permanent
As a primary point of contact for our property transactions, you will coordinate with various external professionals to ensure seamless sales progression and property management.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Progression \& Coordination: Actively manage and progress property sales from instruction through to completion, ensuring all parties are kept informed.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the central point of communication, regularly speaking and negotiating with conveyancing solicitors, estate agents, locksmiths, and tradespeople.
- Property Maintenance Coordination: Instruct and schedule tradespeople and locksmiths for required works, ensuring swift turnaround times and high standards.
- Administration: Maintain accurate, up\-to\-date client files and property records using standard office software.
- Inbound/Outbound Communication: Handle high\-volume telephone calls and emails professionally, resolving queries efficiently.
- The Best of Both Worlds: A proven ability to work seamlessly within a team environment, alongside the self\-motivation required to work autonomously without constant supervision.
- Industry Familiarity: Direct experience or a strong understanding of working with the property ecosystem (solicitors, agents, and maintenance contractors) is highly desirable.
- Communication Mastery: An excellent telephone manner is essential. You must be able to communicate clearly, assertively, and professionally with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Microsoft Office Suite: A strong working knowledge of standard Microsoft software (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is a distinct advantage.
- Organisation: Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast\-paced environment.
