Are you an experienced Property Manager looking to join a highly respected and award-winning estate agency with an excellent reputation across North London?
Our client is seeking a proactive and organised Property Manager to take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties. The Role
As Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio, ensuring landlords and tenants receive exceptional service throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties
- Handling maintenance issues from instruction through to resolution
- Conducting property inspections and preparing reports
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Managing tenancy renewals and negotiations
- Ensuring compliance with all current lettings legislation
- Overseeing contractor works and obtaining quotations
- Resolving tenancy-related issues and disputes
- Monitoring compliance documentation including EPCs, Gas Safety and EICRs
- Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
- Previous Property Management experience is essential
- ARLA qualified (or equivalent) is essential
- Strong knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
- Professional and customer-focused approach
- Full UK Driving Licence required
- £40,000 Basic Salary
