Are you an experienced Property Manager looking to join a high-performing lettings team in one of London’s most prestigious locations? This is a fantastic 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity to manage a premium portfolio in Prime Central London and deliver an exceptional service to clients and tenants alike.

The Opportunity
You’ll take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio of circa 80–90 high-quality properties, acting as the key point of contact throughout the tenancy lifecycle. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role where strong organisation, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset are key.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing day-to-day operations across your portfolio, ensuring seamless tenancy progression


• Acting as the central contact for landlords, tenants, and internal teams


• Ensuring full compliance with current lettings legislation and best practice


• Coordinating property visits, maintenance, and resolving any issues efficiently


• Overseeing invoices, supplier payments, and financial administration


• Handling tenancy renewals, notices, legal documentation, and deposit returns


• Delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships


• Supporting wider team operations and contributing to process improvements

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in residential property management


• Strong working knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy workload


• A proactive, solutions-focused approach


• Professional, team-oriented, and driven to deliver best-in-class service
