We’re working with a well-established, South West London-based property agency known for its collaborative culture and high service standards. They’re now looking to add a Property Manager to their growing team.
The Role As Property Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of circa 120 residential tenancies, acting as the main point of contact for both landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of ~120 tenancies
- Acting as the primary client contact throughout the tenancy
- Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
- Handling all tenant queries and move-in support
- Conducting pre-tenancy visits with clients
- Identifying, logging, and resolving maintenance issues promptly
- Ensuring all properties remain fully compliant with current legislation
- Carrying out 6-monthly property inspections
- Maintaining accurate records via Reapit (CRM system)
- Liaising closely with lettings and accounts teams
- Managing deposit releases, deductions negotiations, and disputes
- Providing annual leave cover within the team
- Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm
- Hybrid working: 1 day per week from home after probation
- Fantastic training and ongoing development
- A supportive, collaborative team environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience with Reapit (advantageous)
- Full UK driving licence required
