Description
The Property Litigation Solicitor will get involved in a range of work including;
- Managing a varied caseload of disputes including commercial property asset management.
- Advising on development-related risk and strategy on some of the largest developments in the UK, including rights to light, title constraints and vacant possession strategies.
- Working on high-profile, big-ticket property litigation.
- Handling cross-sector / cross-over property-related disputes and litigation involving energy, infrastructure, mining, judicial review, planning and electronic communications law.
- Act for a prestigious client base, and working closely with high profile Partners.
- Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the practice.
The successful Property Litigation Solicitor should have / be:
- A solicitor with a specialisation in property litigation ideally around 2-4 years PQE.
- Strong knowledge of property law and litigation procedures.
- Strong academics and an interest to work for a global law firm
- Ties to Leeds.
- Experience representing clients in court and alternative dispute resolution settings.
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to provide practical legal solutions.
- Salary between £70,000 and £80,000 GBP annually.
