£60,000 – £100,000\+ OTE

At Baron \& Cabot, we specialise in exclusive off\-market UK residential property investments, helping clients across the UK and internationally build long\-term wealth through strategic investment opportunities.

Due to continued growth, we are expanding our Liverpool team and are looking for ambitious, driven, and commercially minded Property Investment Consultants to join our fast\-growing business based in the heart of Castle Street.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced sales professionals who thrive in a high\-performance environment and are motivated by strong earning potential and long\-term career progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with property investors


• Understand client financial goals and investment objectives


• Advise clients on UK property investment opportunities and market trends


• Manage and nurture a strong sales pipeline


• Conduct virtual consultations and present tailored investment solutions


• Negotiate and close investment deals


• Deliver a high standard of client service throughout the sales process


• Support and mentor junior consultants as the team continues to grow

Requirements

• 2–3\+ years of sales experience


• Strong communication and relationship\-building skills


• Target\-driven, ambitious, and commercially focused mindset


• Interest in property investment and financial markets


• Confidence discussing investment terminology including ROI, yields, and LTV


• Organised and professional approach to work


• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
