Property Consultant – Lettings \& Property Management

Location: North London / Enfield area

Salary: £1,800 per month

Hours: 4 days per week, 9:00am–5:30pm

We are looking for a confident, organised and motivated Property Consultant to join our busy estate and lettings agency. This is a varied role involving both office\-based work and travelling between properties across North London. You will be dealing directly with landlords, tenants and prospective tenants, so good communication skills and a professional approach are essential. The role will include: \- Conducting property viewings \- Carrying out routine property inspections \- Meeting landlords and tenants at properties \- Assisting with new property instructions \- Following up enquiries and prospective tenants \- Helping progress new tenancies \- General lettings and property management duties \- Updating our property management systems and records Essential requirements: \- Full UK driving licence \- Your own reliable means of transport – car or motorbike \- You must be able to travel independently between properties throughout the working day – public transport alone is not suitable for this role \- Proof of Right to Work in the UK will be required \- References will be required \- Confident and professional communication skills \- Good organisation and time management \- Comfortable using computers, apps and email \- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently as well as part of a team Please only apply if you meet the essential requirements above, particularly the driving, own transport and Right to Work requirements. Previous estate agency, lettings or property management experience would be an advantage, but we are happy to consider someone with the right personality, work ethic and transferable experience.
