Property Consultant

Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and proactive Property Consultant to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Assist clients in buying, and selling properties by providing detailed information and personalised advice


• Prepare and review documentation related to property transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements


• Maintain up\-to\-date knowledge of local property market trends and regulations


• Develop and nurture relationships with clients, sellers and buyers


• Organise appointments, manage schedules efficiently, and follow up on leads or enquiries promptly


• Support marketing efforts by creating engaging listings and promotional materials for properties

Requirements

• Proven record of high performance, hitting targets and being self\-sufficient


• Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse clients and colleagues


• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently whilst maintaining attention to detail


• A professional attitude with a proactive approach to problem\-solving


• Knowledge of local property laws and market conditions is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided if necessary
