The Role
As a Property Cleaner \& Housekeeper, you will primarily be responsible for cleaning and preparing serviced accommodation properties for incoming guests. You will also assist with deep cleans, end\-of\-tenancy cleans, maintenance cleans, and general property support services.
This role is much more than simply cleaning. We are looking for team members who take pride in their work, can identify issues within properties, complete detailed reports, and help us maintain the high standards our clients expect.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning serviced accommodation properties to a high standard
- Preparing apartments and houses for guest arrivals
- Making beds and presenting properties to a hotel\-standard finish
- Carrying out deep cleans and end\-of\-tenancy cleans
- Assisting with maintenance cleans and specialist cleaning tasks
- Managing, transporting, and organising laundry
- Reporting damages, maintenance issues, missing items, and low stock levels
- Taking clear photographs and completing property reports
- Following company cleaning procedures and checklists
- Ensuring all assigned properties are guest\-ready and maintained to company standards

Driving \& Travel
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is highly desirable.
Drivers may have the opportunity to earn additional income by assisting with:
- Laundry collection and delivery
- Transporting supplies between properties
- Supporting operational tasks across the business
Reliability and punctuality are essential.
Hours \& Contract
- Zero\-hour contract
- Part\-time position
