Town \& Country Property Auctions Scotland

Location: Glasgow \& Field Based Across Scotland

Salary: £25,000 \- £30,000 Basic \+ Uncapped Commission

Top Performers Earn: £100,000\+

Full UK Driving Licence \& Own Vehicle Required

The Opportunity

As a Property Auction Consultant, you'll work with homeowners, landlords, solicitors and property professionals to help clients achieve successful sales through auction.

You'll be responsible for generating instructions, managing relationships and progressing properties through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate auction instructions


• Conduct property appointments


• Build relationships with sellers and professional introducers


• Negotiate and secure auction listings


• Manage stock through the auction process


• Deliver exceptional client service

What We're Looking For

• Confident communicator

• Strong negotiation skills


• Full UK Driving Licence


• Own vehicle
