This is an exciting fixed\-term project opportunity to support a key piece of service improvement work. The role will involve data entry, monitoring, and cross\-checking of information to ensure accuracy and completeness across systems.

Working under the direction of the Team Leader and supported by a clear job plan, you will provide a high\-quality administrative and data support service to the multidisciplinary team. You will play a vital role in ensuring data is transferred efficiently, accurately and in line with service requirements.

This role requires a flexible and proactive approach, with the ability to respond to the needs of the service and maintain a high level of attention to detail. You will be part of a focused piece of work that directly supports service delivery, ensuring that patients remain at the centre of everything we do.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys structured tasks, data accuracy, and contributing to meaningful service improvements within a supportive team environment.

The role will involve data entry, monitoring, and cross\-checking of information to ensure accuracy and completeness across systems.

The Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LYPFT) is the main provider of Mental Health and Learning Disability services in Leeds. We also provide specialist inpatient services in York and some highly specialised services across the country. As a teaching trust with strong links to local universities, we are a centre of excellence for teaching, research and development.

This is an essential requirement, and the Trust is unable to offer you a role if you do not meet Trust requirements for sponsorship and Home Office requirements for a visa.
