Deliver Projects That Drive Long\-Term Client SuccessProject Services \& Client Delivery Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the successful delivery of client projects from initiation through completion
- Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, resources, and risk management activities
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and external stakeholders
- Ensure contractual obligations, quality standards, and client expectations are consistently met
- Monitor project KPIs and implement continuous service improvement initiatives
- Prepare executive reports, project documentation, and client presentations
- Support business development by identifying opportunities for additional services and long\-term partnerships
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years' experience in project delivery, professional services, or client management
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile, or PMP preferred)
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high\-quality service delivery
- Strong commercial awareness and problem\-solving abilities
