The Role
We’re looking for a Project/Product Manager to take ownership of Barkyn’s customer journey — from first click to long\-term loyalty.
You’ll lead cross\-functional initiatives to improve customer experience, launch new features, and drive our digital roadmap. This is not a purely technical product role — it’s a high\-impact, cross\-team operator role where you’ll manage projects that touch product, CX, growth, and operations.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end\-to\-end customer journey: map it, measure it, improve it
- Lead the launch of new products, features, or programs — from idea to execution
- Manage and prioritize our digital product backlog and sprint planning
- Partner with design, tech, ops, growth, and support teams to align and execute
- Track KPIs and customer experience metrics to inform decisions
What You Bring
- 4–10 years of experience in project management, product, or operations
- Experience managing cross\-functional projects from planning to delivery
- Previous experience at a startup is mandatory
- Bonus: worked at a B2C company with a customer\-centric product
- Comfortable with tools like Notion, Trello, Figma, and analytics platforms
