Project Manager – Workforce Management / HCM Projects
Connected Data Solutions Ltd is a specialist consultancy supporting organisations with workforce management, HR technology and operational transformation projects. We work with clients to deliver practical, well\-managed implementations and optimisation programmes, with a strong focus on UKG Pro WFM and related workforce solutions.
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing delivery team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing Workforce Management, HR, payroll or enterprise software projects. Experience with UKG Pro WFM would be a significant advantage.
The role
You will be responsible for managing client projects from initiation through to successful delivery, working closely with consultants, client stakeholders, vendors and senior leaders. You’ll help keep projects structured, controlled and moving forward, ensuring risks are managed, actions are followed through, and clients have clear visibility throughout.
Key responsibilities
- Manage software implementation, optimisation or transformation projects
- Own project plans, RAID logs, actions, governance and reporting
- Coordinate consultants, client teams and third\-party stakeholders
- Lead client project meetings and maintain clear communication
- Track scope, timelines, dependencies, risks and issues
- Support project governance and ensure delivery standards are maintained
- Help improve internal project management processes as the business grows
- Build strong client relationships and support high\-quality delivery outcomes
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in software, HR, payroll, workforce management or business transformation projects
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams, priorities and dependencies
- Practical understanding of implementation project lifecycles
- Confident running client\-facing meetings and producing clear project reporting
- Highly organised, proactive and commercially aware
- Able to bring structure, pace and calm control to complex delivery environments
- Workforce Management implementation experience
- UKG Pro WFM / UKG Dimensions / Kronos experience
- Experience working with enterprise or mid\-market clients
- Consultancy or professional services background
- Understanding of HR, payroll, scheduling, time and attendance or workforce operations

Pay: £55,000\.00\-£70,000\.00 per year
