Project Manager
We are looking for an organised, proactive Project Manager to join our successful marketing, website design and development agency based in Salisbury.
This is a varied, hands\-on role at the centre of a busy creative business. You’ll work closely with the Director, designers, developers, marketers and clients to make sure projects progress smoothly, deadlines are met and clients receive a high standard of communication throughout.
The role is suited to someone with strong project management experience who is confident taking ownership, managing multiple priorities and working closely with the Director and wider team.
A key part of the role will be managing a selection of website and digital projects from start to finish. You’ll create and maintain project timelines, coordinate designers and developers, track actions and deadlines, communicate with clients and make sure projects continue moving forward.
You’ll also support the Director with prospective and existing clients. This may include attending meetings, taking notes, coordinating follow\-up actions, assisting with proposals and helping ensure opportunities and client requests are followed through.
Alongside project delivery, you’ll help maintain and grow relationships with selected existing clients. This will include proactively contacting clients, checking in on their current requirements, understanding upcoming needs and identifying opportunities where they may benefit from additional services or project work.
You’ll act as a key point of contact for selected clients, helping ensure they feel looked after and that potential opportunities are followed up appropriately.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, client communication, problem\-solving and taking ownership.
