About the Role

We are seeking a driven and highly organised Project Manager to lead product development projects from concept through to production. Reporting to the Product Development Manager, you’ll own delivery of projects aligned to the Venta Product Roadmap and bespoke customer programmes.

Job Opportunity

The Project Manager role involves:

• Consistently delivering design milestones on time, within budget, and to quality standards.


• Budget Management and managing internal and external resources so projects stay on track and within the set budget.


• Coordinate the team \- leading meetings to make sure there is clear actions and accountability.


• Update key stakeholders with project progress including risk and mitigation plans


• Fast\-paced management of product customisations, change requests, tech support and quality requirements. Keeping response times within set KPIs.


• Define, uphold, and continuously improve Venta’s product standards and documentation.


• Delivery and development of robust lighting products that meet regulatory, performance, and aesthetic requirements
