Join us in Ireland to lead installation and long\-term maintenance projects across the electrical transmission industry. You coordinate transformer and GIS installations, align work with project specs and client needs, and keep budgets, contracts, and procurement on track. You create clear RAMS and outage plans, minimising disruptions while keeping people and assets safe. You partner with field service and cross\-functional teams, monitor progress, and act quickly to keep projects moving.
How You’ll Make an Impact* Lead long\-term maintenance projects to on\-time, successful delivery in line with specs and client requirements.
- Oversee transformer and GIS installations; coordinate with field service on high\-priority repairs and installs.
- Review contracts, manage budgets, and procure equipment and services for quality and value.
- Develop RAMS and detailed progress/compliance reports; prepare and manage outage plans to reduce disruptions.
- Collaborate with cross\-functional teams and stakeholders; track performance and take corrective actions; build strong client relationships.
- Proven project management experience in electrical transmission with transformers and switchgear.
- Strong knowledge of long\-term maintenance, contract management, and procurement.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills; able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Analytical, detail\-focused, and a clear communicator; proficient with project management software and tools.
