Project Manager

We are seeking an Project Manager for a 12-month engagement, with the possibility of permanent employment. In this role, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring alignment with technical, commercial, and operational objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive progress, manage risks, and deliver high-quality results in a dynamic and international environment.
Duties and responsibilitiesOrganize and lead the project team for efficient project execution, in line with Seaonics' delivery model and best practice.Secure delivery of projects according to technical specification, quality standards, budget and timeline.Monitor and report on progress, budget, HSE, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.Manage contracts and maintain close follow-up with customers, to ensure satisfaction and compliance.Conduct change management, risk assessments, and implement proactive measures to mitigate risk.QualificationsExperience in project management within maritime, offshore, or related industries.Broad understanding of engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, control systems/software).University degree or equivalent experience (formal education can be replaced by relevant experience).Strong communication skills, both written and oral, in English (Norwegian is an advantage).Good knowledge of contract management and commercial processes.Proficient IT skills and familiarity with project management tools.SEAONICS works systematically for inclusion and diversity and encourage everyone to apply, even if your competence does not match 100% the above.
