• Managing projects that deliver new or improved processes, services and systems that contribute directly to the achievement of SEPA objectives


• Working with Project sponsor/service owners to define and realise benefits, scope and resources


• Developing and maintaining project management documentation and plans, managing project schedules, costs and quality, while tracking and reporting progress against agreed plans and objectives


• Managing risks, issues, dependencies and change requests. Supporting related activities such as procurement and governance considerations


• Overseeing delivery of project tasks, ensuring milestones are met, managing project team meetings and initiation corrective action to resolve or escalating obstacles

Respect for your expertise
==============================

This is a highly important role within our Evidence \& Water Resilience portfolio, which means you’ll need:

• Relevant experience or qualification equivalent to SCQF Level 8\-10


• Prince 2 practitioner or equivalent project management accreditation /experience (Agile, Scrum)


• Strong risk management experience, as well as strong analytical, planning, budget management and problem\-solving abilities


• Strong planning and organisational skills, with practical experience using Microsoft Project, Planner, Microsoft Lists and / or Excel to manage schedules, tasks, and project activities


• Highly developed oral and written communication skills, as well as Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills
