Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail\-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex projects across various disciplines. In this role, you will drive project execution from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with strategic goals. Your leadership will be instrumental in managing cross\-functional teams, coordinating resources, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation using tools like Primavera P6 to ensure structured execution.


• Lead project teams by assigning tasks, setting priorities, and monitoring progress to meet milestones efficiently.


• Manage project schedules meticulously, adjusting plans proactively to address delays or obstacles while maintaining momentum.


• Coordinate with engineering teams and utilize Civil 3D software for design reviews, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with specifications.


• Oversee procurement processes, track budgets, and control costs to keep projects financially on track.


• Communicate regularly with stakeholders through reports and meetings to provide updates on progress, risks, and changes.


• Ensure all project activities adhere to safety standards, quality requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large\-scale projects within the civil engineering or construction industry.


• Proficiency in Primavera P6 for project scheduling and planning is essential.


• Strong knowledge of Civil 3D for design coordination and review processes.


• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.


• Exceptional leadership capabilities with a talent for motivating teams and fostering collaboration.


• Effective communication skills to liaise confidently with clients, contractors, and internal teams.


• A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management or related field is preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.

Pay: £35,000\.00\-£39,000\.00 per year
