Project Manager / Sales team (Event Industry)Full Time
As a Project Manager (Events Industry) you’ll be working in a fast\-paced, high\-growth environment. You will be working directly with organisers and exhibitors at large business to business events. We are looking for someone who can grow with us as we expand our team and bring our business to new levels.
This role reports directly into the Project Management Team Lead and full training will be given as part of this role.
We feel this role would best suit someone with event industry related project management experience . As a valued member of our team you will be supported in developing strong Project Management skills:
· To assist you in your interaction and relationship development with our customers
· Acquire the necessary skills to deliver events on time, on budget and to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Liaising with new and existing clients
Requirements gathering and creation of design briefs
Budget Management and generation of sales proposals
Exhibitor support during events
Liaising between the Project Management \& Design and Production teams
Skills/Requirements
Proficiency in MS suite (strong excel and powerpoint skills)
An adaptive and positive mindset
English Fluency
Phone Skills
Email Writing Skills
Event Industry project management experience is necessary for this role .
