Project Manager – Roofing & Planned Works

Loftus is a growing contractor delivering roofing, refurbishment and planned maintenance projects for local authorities, housing associations and principal contractors across the UK.
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, we are looking to recruit experienced Project Managers to join our operational team across the East Midlands, West Midlands, North Wales and Suffolk regions.
The Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple roofing and planned works projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing projects from pre\-start through to completion and handover
- Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and client representatives
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, quality and environmental standards
- Monitoring project programmes and driving performance against key milestones
- Managing project budgets and commercial performance alongside the commercial team
- Conducting site visits, progress meetings and client reviews
- Producing project reports and maintaining accurate project documentation
- Supporting the development and performance of site management teams
- Previous experience managing roofing, refurbishment, planned maintenance or construction projects
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
- Good commercial awareness and understanding of project financials
- Experience working with housing associations, local authorities or principal contractors is advantageous
- Full UK driving licence
