What do we do?

With offices in Ireland \& in North America, Eolas International work with Quality \& Consumer Technical Insights personnel within global FMCG companies producing food, beverage, personal and home care products. Our focus is to assist our clients improve their Consumers’ Quality Experience. Our Project Managers in Ireland and the US manage our global network of retail auditors and consumers to deliver high quality and forward thinking solutions to our clients across the globe. Our IT teams develop customized solutions for data capture and reporting to bring added value solutions to our clients.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Retail Audit Project Manager who can help deliver quality programs for our clients. As a company we have an entrepreneurial ethos and our new hire will be given significant responsibility in the business

We have a team of over 50 people in Ireland and have an international network of auditors in over 120 countries. With over 20 years experience within the food, drink, pet food, personal and home\-care industries we are proud to list some of the worlds largest FMCG companies as our clients.

How we do it?

We support our global clients to *Improve their Consumers’ Quality Experience* across all consumer relevant steps of the supply chain through a combination of the following services:

· Retail Trade Sampling\- Our vast researcher network in over 120 countries conduct 1,000’s of retail audits every year based on client standards. Using our Qual\-X Technology, data from these audits is reported in a variety of ways depending on client needs. Our researchers can also purchase products from any market – either in store or through E\-commerce \- and ship to our clients for further evaluation or to Eolas laboratories for analytical testing.

· Consumer Quality Experience – Through our Qual\-X technology our Consumer Insights Team recruit and engage real consumers all over the world to understand their expectations, experiences and interaction with our client \& competitor products and how this impacts on their purchase intent.

· Within our LabSens division our Analytical, Sensory \& Proficiency Services work closely with our clients Quality and Technical personnel. We are the largest independent provider of Sensory services in Ireland, whilst our Proficiency service is the newest addition to our LabSens division and is experiencing considerable growth.

Due to expansion of our retail audit division, we are currently recruiting for a Retail Audit Project Lead *.*

What would you do?

Reporting to our Head of Retail Audit , the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Manage projects from proposal stage through to successful completion.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and budgets.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, records and reporting.

  • Monitoring / Analysing the data that is collected by researchers as part of structured, ongoing market research activities

  • Recruitment and training of international researchers

  • Liaising with our clients in various countries

  • Conduct project reviews and capture lessons learned to support continuous improvement.

  • Assisting in the management of the global team of researchers
The successful candidate must:
  • Possess a relevant third level qualification.

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and principles. A formal project management qualification such as PMP, PRINCE2 is desirable.

  • An ability to analyse different types of data and transform it into actionable insights and recommendations

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder\-management skills.

  • Proven track record for attention to detail

  • Possess an ability to multitask in fast paced environment

  • Have excellent organisational skills working with an ability to prioritise within tight deadlines

  • Be a motivated self\-starter, capable of working on their own initiative as well as part of a team

  • Have superior problem\-solving skills

  • Experience in market research or food business would be a bonus.

  • Role would suit someone with Program Manager/Project Lead experience.

  • Fluency in a second European Language an advantage but not essential

Pay: €32,000\.00\-€35,000\.00 per year
