Project Manager – Property Technology Implementation

We are looking for a Project Manager – Property Technology Implementation to join our team and support delivery for an exciting new start\-up client in the property sector. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who can manage implementation projects, coordinate stakeholders, and support business change in a structured and professional manner.
The successful candidate will play a key role in planning, organising, and delivering technology\-led projects, ensuring that objectives, timelines, and operational requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver property technology implementation projects
- Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders, and service providers
- Prepare project updates, reports, and delivery documentation
- Support business change, process improvement, and operational rollout
- Coordinate testing, deployment, and integration activities
- Conduct field visits and attend sites where required to review progress and requirements
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with business objectives and service standards.
- Responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering property technology implementation and business change projects for a start\-up client, including stakeholder management, rollout oversight, reporting, risk management and site\-based implementation review.
- Use CAD, 3D visualisation tools, and other relevant technologies to assist in translating design concepts into practical implementation outputs where required.
- Degree qualified or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in project management, implementation, or business change
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment
- Ability to interpret architectural designs, drawings, and layout plans.
- Ability to convert design concepts into 3D representations using CAD and other relevant technology tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good reporting, documentation, and problem\-solving ability
- Willingness to travel for site visits where required
- Experience in technology implementation or digital transformation projects
- Exposure to property, housing, lettings, facilities, or related sectors
- Familiarity with working in start\-up or growth\-stage environments
