Project Manager (Private Dental Group)

The Pain Free Dentistry Group are looking for an organised, proactive and solutions\-focused Project Manager to join our growing team. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll take ownership of multiple projects across our dental group, supporting everything from new practice acquisitions through to refurbishment projects, operational improvements and business integrations.
Working closely with senior leaders, you will coordinate projects from concept through to completion, ensuring deadlines, budgets and quality standards are achieved while building strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.
What You will Be Doing
- Coordinate and deliver multiple projects across our dental practices from planning through to completion.
- Support the acquisition of new dental practices, ensuring due diligence, project planning and successful integration into the group.
- Work alongside senior leadership to develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines and budgets.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, suppliers and practice teams to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Coordinate FCA applications and patient finance setup for newly acquired practices.
- Manage the preparation of contracts, supplier agreements, insurance requirements and key project documentation.
- Plan and coordinate training and onboarding for practice teams following acquisitions or major operational changes.
- Monitor project risks, resolve issues proactively and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and support continuous improvement across the organisation.

- Previous project management or coordination experience is desirable (dental experience would be an advantage but isn’t essential).
Salary negotiable depending on experience
