Videberg Kraft is building a new nuclear power company from the ground up, where the development of permit applications, regulatory positioning, and coordination across stakeholders are critical to the project’s success. As a project company, Videberg Kraft’s mission is to develop, construct, and operate Sweden’s future nuclear power.
We are now looking for an experienced Project Manager (Permitting \& Licensing) who combines strong nuclear knowledge with the ability to coordinate complex processes and stakeholders, and who thrives in a dynamic and evolving project environment.
Your role
As Project Manager (Permitting \& Licensing) you will play a central role in coordinating Videberg Kraft’s work related to the development of permit applications and the processes that follow.
You will ensure alignment across different workstreams, support the development of the company’s positions in regulatory matters, and help drive structured collaboration both internally and in interactions with external stakeholders, including authorities.
Your focus areas
- Coordinate Videberg Kraft’s work in developing positions and materials related to permit applications
- Drive and structure cross\-functional processes linked to the application and subsequent phases
- Ensure alignment across different teams, disciplines, and external partners
- Support interactions and dialogues with authorities as part of the permitting process
- Contribute to ensuring that regulatory perspectives are integrated into the project’s overall development
We are looking for someone who
- Has a relevant education in nuclear engineering or a related field
- Has good knowledge of nuclear technology
- Has experience from regulatory processes, authority reviews, or similar
- Has proven experience in coordinating complex processes involving multiple stakeholders
- Is comfortable working at the interface between license holder and authorities
- Is a strong communicator with well\-developed collaboration skills
- Is structured and able to create clarity in complex environments
