Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for greater autonomy, hybrid working and the opportunity to deliver high-quality refurbishment projects for a well-established Main Contractor?
Following another successful year, our client is looking to appoint an additional Project Manager to join their growing team.

The Company Our client is a well-established and financially secure Main Contractor delivering refurbishment projects across Central London.
Working across commercial refurbishment and internal fit out, projects typically range up to £5 million in value.
The business continues to grow sustainably and has built an excellent reputation for quality, repeat business and staff retention.
The Role This is a hybrid role combining:
- Stratford office
- Home working
- Regular site visits across Central London
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing refurbishment projects up to £5m
- Producing and managing project programmes
- Coordinating subcontractors
- Managing project delivery, quality and programme
- Reading and interpreting construction drawings
- Building strong client and subcontractor relationships
- Resolving on-site issues
- Working closely with Contracts Managers and senior leadership
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
- Around 10-25 years' construction industry experience
- Experience working for a Main Contractor
- Strong refurbishment project experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Confidence managing subcontractors and site teams
- A construction-related qualification (preferred)
