What You'll do:

• Manage SME Commercial Journey Optimization projects autonomously, from diagnosis and planning through implementation and performance tracking.


• Act as the key liaison between Sales, Operations, and Business teams, ensuring alignment of objectives and priorities.


• Map, analyze, and redesign commercial processes, identifying opportunities for simplification, automation, and continuous improvement.


• Lead process digitization and operational optimization initiatives, driving efficiency gains and service quality improvements.


• Define, monitor, and report on KPIs and success metrics to assess the impact of implemented initiatives.


• Drive the adoption of new solutions and processes across commercial channels, supporting change management activities.


• Prepare analyses, recommendations, and supporting materials for stakeholders and decision\-making teams.


• Collaborate on the enhancement of commercial tools and CRM platforms, contributing to an improved user experience.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.


• 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, process improvement, or operational transformation.


• Proven experience in business process analysis, design, and optimization.


• Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce and/or Vlocity.


• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to structure work effectively and manage priorities.


• Excellent communication skills, capable of tailoring messages to different audiences in a clear and concise manner.


• Results\-oriented, proactive, and able to independently overcome challenges and remove obstacles.


• Comfortable working in collaborative environments and engaging with multiple stakeholders.


• Focused on improving the commercial experience and ensuring the reliability of sales processes.


• Committed to continuous improvement and leveraging data to support decision\-making.
