Project Manager
OCFPM is seeking a Project Manager to support its expanding portfolio across residential, retail, office, and mixed‑use developments. This role offers the opportunity to lead meaningful projects from early concept through to successful completion while working closely with clients, design teams, and key stakeholders.
What You Will Do
- Lead projects from initial concept through design, procurement, construction, and handover
- Serve as the primary day‑to‑day client representative, building strong and trusted relationships
- Develop and manage project design programmes and ensure effective implementation
- Coordinate and review design information, providing clear and constructive input
- Act as a key decision maker on large‑scale development projects
- Ensure all project activities meet required safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Prepare technical documentation and support project governance processes
- Produce clear and concise monthly reports for clients
- Represent the company professionally in all external interactions
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with a consulting project management firm delivering building projects
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of BCAR and relevant legislation including Building, Housing, and Fire Services Acts
- Proven ability to engage effectively with clients and project teams
- Fluent in English with previous UK or Irish project experience
- Full driving licence
