To be responsible for the planning and running of time critical refurbishment projects within the region of £25,000 \- £150,000 mainly in Yorkshire

This role is to project manage refurbishment works within schools mainly during holidays. This will involve an initial site handover, co\-ordinating sub\-contractors, specifying materials to order, site progress visits etc.

The aim for all projects is to be completed on time, on budget, snag free.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: From £40,000\.00 per year
