About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects across Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. This role involves close collaboration with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and oversee all phases of construction projects from pre\-construction to handover.

  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

  • Coordinate and manage contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.

  • Monitor project progress, including timelines, costs, and quality standards.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

  • Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.

  • Identify risks, resolve issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Prepare and submit project reports, including progress, cost, and risk assessments, to senior management and clients.

  • Support contract administration and procurement processes.

  • Maintain excellent client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications \& ExperienceEssential
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in construction projects.

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering medium to large\-scale construction projects.

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

  • Excellent project planning, budgeting, and reporting skills.

  • Competent in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore).

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Desirable
  • Chartered membership with RICS, CIOB, or similar professional body.

  • Experience in commercial, residential, or public sector construction projects.

  • Familiarity with health and safety management systems (e.g., ISO 45001\).
