Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets and delivery schedules for residential construction projects based on client requirements.
- Brief and coordinate team members, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and professional advisers involved in projects.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, building requirements, contractual standards and quality expectations.
- Inspect ongoing and completed works, identify defects or non\-conformities and coordinate corrective and remedial actions.
- Monitor contractors and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and within agreed timescales and contractual requirements.
- Ensure projects comply with health and safety, environmental requirements and statutory obligations.
- Maintain accurate project records, including contractor details, variations, inspections and completion documentation.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, including scope control, risk management, and quality assurance.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Experience managing budgets and resources while maintaining a focus on safety standards and regulatory compliance.
Pay: £30,000\.00\-£35,000\.00 per year
