The Role

As our new Project Manager, you'll plan, coordinate and deliver projects across digital, marketing, operations and customer experience, keeping everything on time, on budget and to agreed quality standards.

You'll be the central point of contact across internal teams and external suppliers, overseeing cross\-functional initiatives from concept through to completion. You'll also provide supporting oversight of Health \& Safety compliance across projects, events and live activity.

What You'll Be Doing

Project Delivery

  • Plan, manage and deliver multiple projects across digital, marketing, operations and customer experience

  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets and success criteria

  • Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to ensure effective delivery

  • Track progress, manage risks, resolve issues and report regularly to senior stakeholders

  • Ensure projects align with business objectives and regulatory requirements

  • Act as a central point of contact for all project stakeholders

  • Manage third\-party suppliers, freelancers and contractors

  • Support procurement and supplier onboarding processes

  • Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes

  • Support the development of project management tools, templates and best practice frameworks
Events \& Live Activity
  • Support the planning and delivery of live draws, prize handovers, promotional events and filming activities

  • Ensure venues, equipment and suppliers meet operational and safety requirements

  • Liaise with external stakeholders to support smooth delivery
Health \& Safety (Supporting)
  • Support the management and maintenance of Health \& Safety procedures in line with UK legislation and internal policies

  • Assist with risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) for office environments, live draws, events and on\-site activities

  • Ensure appropriate Health \& Safety controls are implemented and monitored across relevant projects

  • Support incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions where required

  • Maintain Health \& Safety documentation, records and training logs in line with GDPR

  • Work with venues, suppliers, insurers and third parties to ensure Health \& Safety standards are met
What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in a digital, e\-commerce, media or events\-led environment

  • Project management qualification or formal training (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, PMP)

  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Desirable
  • Experience supporting Health \& Safety responsibilities within a workplace, project or events environment

  • Health \& Safety qualification (e.g. IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH General Certificate)

  • Understanding of UK Health \& Safety legislation and risk assessment processes
Key Skills
  • Thrives both in a team environment and working independently

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management

  • Excellent problem\-solving skills with a flexible, solutions\-focused approach

  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal, able to manage multiple stakeholders

  • Able to work calmly under pressure and manage several projects concurrently

  • Comfortable challenging constructively and influencing stakeholders

  • Open to feedback and continuous improvement

  • Keeps up to date with best practice, industry trends and relevant legislation
