ASX GROUP LTD have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our dedicated construction and fit out team.
Job Summary:
As a Project Manager at ASX Group, you will oversee and manage various Refurbishment, Fitout \& Upgrade projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating project timelines, budgets, resources, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Duties:
\- Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule
\- Coordinate with clients, project team, and suppliers
\- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality standards
\- Manage project documentation and reports
\- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and address any issues
\- Communicate effectively with the Management Team to provide project updates
Experience:
\- Proven experience in construction or refurbishment project management
\- Ability to work under pressure, and adapt as projects develop
\- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams
\- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
\- Knowledge of construction regulations and safety protocols
\- Effective time management skills
