About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Management Assistant to support our Project Managers with the day\-to\-day administration of electrical contracting projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly by maintaining accurate records, coordinating documentation, liaising with clients and suppliers, and assisting with general office administration.

Key Responsibilities Project Administration

  • Assist Project Managers with the administration of multiple electrical projects.

  • Prepare, issue, and maintain project documentation.

  • Update project trackers, schedules, and records.

  • Monitor project correspondence and ensure documents are filed correctly.

  • Assist with compiling operation and maintenance manuals and handover documentation.
General Administration
  • Answer telephone calls and respond to emails professionally.

  • Manage diaries, meetings \& appointments for Project Managers

  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required.

  • Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems.
Client and Supplier Coordination
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding project documentation and scheduling.

  • Process purchase orders and assist with invoice administration.

  • Maintain records of quotations, orders, and deliveries.

  • Follow up on outstanding information and documentation.
Skills and Experience Essential
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

  • Ability to prioritise workload and work independently.

  • High level of attention to detail.
