Project Manager - Animatronics and Themed Entertainment

An Exciting Opportunity to Join a Growing Specialist Manufacturer

We are an established specialist animatronics and themed entertainment manufacturer, delivering bespoke projects for major clients across the leisure, entertainment and attractions sectors.

Following the award of several significant new projects, we are expanding our team and are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from initial planning through to manufacture, testing, installation and final completion.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys managing complex, high\-value projects where no two jobs are ever the same.

The Role

You will take ownership of projects from contract award through to delivery, coordinating our internal engineering and manufacturing teams alongside clients, suppliers, subcontractors and installation teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage projects from contract award through to successful completion

Develop and maintain detailed project programmes and schedules

Coordinate design, engineering, procurement, manufacture and installation activities

Manage project budgets, costs and resources

Monitor progress against agreed milestones and delivery targets

Provide regular updates and maintain strong client relationships

Coordinate multiple projects and competing priorities

Identify and mitigate project risks and potential delays

Manage project variations and scope changes

Coordinate suppliers, subcontractors and site teams

Ensure quality standards and customer expectations are achieved

Oversee testing, commissioning and installation activities

Maintain accurate project records and documentation

Support commercial and contract\-management activities

Work closely with directors to ensure successful project delivery

✅ About You

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering projects within engineering, manufacturing, construction, fabrication, automation, attractions, themed entertainment or another technically complex environment.

✔ Experience managing programmes, budgets and deadlines

✔ Confident dealing directly with clients and stakeholders

✔ Able to understand technical drawings and engineering information

✔ Experienced coordinating multiple teams and suppliers

✔ Excellent communication and organisational abilities

✔ Exceptional attention to detail

✔ Comfortable working within a fast\-paced and growing organisation
