Regional Venue Interior Designer – Hospitality (Profit-Sharing Opportunity)

We are developing regional commercial teams across the UK, beginning with the North West of England—including Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Cheshire and Cumbria. Our current focus is the hospitality sector, working with independent venues and building valuable local partnerships.
The Role
We are looking for a creative and commercially aware Venue Interior Designer to support independent hospitality businesses across the North West.
You will help venues improve their interiors, atmosphere and customer experience while ensuring each concept reflects the business’s identity, audience and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit and assess hospitality venues
- Develop practical interior concepts and recommendations
- Create mood boards, layouts and design presentations
- Recommend colours, furniture, lighting, finishes and décor
- Improve the use, appearance and customer flow of venue spaces
- Prepare realistic project budgets
- Source suitable products, materials and suppliers
- Present concepts to venue owners and negotiate design solutions
- Work alongside the regional Sales \& Negotiator and wider marketing team
- Support projects from initial concept through to completion
- Experience in interior design, hospitality design or a related field
- A portfolio demonstrating relevant design work
- Strong visual, creative and presentation skills
- Commercial awareness and the ability to work within different budgets
- Confidence communicating with venue owners and suppliers
- Ability to manage projects independently
- Willingness to travel throughout the North West
- Relevant design qualifications are desirable but not essential
- Flexible regional working
- Access to hospitality projects across the North West
- Collaboration with sales, marketing and content professionals

This is a performance\-based profit\-sharing opportunity, not a salaried position. The salary shown is illustrative and included because it is required by Indeed. The team shares 60% of HolistiQ Marketing’s net profits, with individual participation increasing according to performance and contribution.
Pay: £28,797\.15\-£59,237\.82 per year
