Project Engineer
We are looking for a Product Development Engineer or Project Engineer to support the development of heat pump systems and help close a short\-term capability gap within our development team.
Key Responsibilities
Support general product development activities, with a focus on technical investigations and mechanical design FMEA.
Contribute to the preparation and execution of development cycle requirements (Gates, milestones, deliverables).
Define and execute test plans; analyse and interpret test results to validate unit requirements.
Propose design improvements based on test results and system behaviour.
Analyse structural and mechanical issues and propose optimisation measures to improve product robustness, manufacturability, and cost efficiency.
Take decisions and actions while balancing quality, cost, and timing constraints.
Plan and manage own activities in alignment with global project timelines.
Communicate progress clearly, identify bottlenecks, and support the implementation of corrective action plans.
Required Profile
Master’s degree in engineering (Electro‑Mechanical or equivalent).
Strong technical and analytical mindset, with a solution‑oriented and proactive approach.
Experience in product development, preferably in HVAC, heat pumps, or similar industrial products.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a project environment.
Team‑oriented, with good communication skills in a multidisciplinary context.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
