As a Project Engineer in Launch Excellence, you play a key role in preparing and coordinating the introduction of innovative products within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences sector. You align cross\-functional teams, monitor progress, and ensure that every launch runs smoothly from start to finish.

• You coordinate and manage launch projects from preparation to execution.


• You align with stakeholders from departments such as Quality, Production, Validation, and Supply Chain.


• You identify potential risks and set up mitigation plans.


• You monitor timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure projects remain on track.


• You report on progress and propose improvements to optimize the launch process.


• You contribute to the development of best practices and continuous improvement within Launch Excellence.

• You have a Master’s degree in engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or equivalent.


• You have a strong interest in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or related life sciences sectors.


• Experience in project management, product launches, or cross\-functional coordination is a plus.


• You are an excellent communicator and team player, able to engage with diverse stakeholders.


• Fluent in Dutch and English.
