Project Engineer

As a Project Engineer, you'll play a key part in delivering engineering projects across the region, ensuring they are aligned with safety standards and business goals. What you´ll do

• Working as part of the engineering team to ensure the smooth development \& handover of systems from conception to commissioning and into sustaining operations.


• Preparing URS, scoping information for key discipline projects.


• Coordination of cross functional SME’s and engineering design consultants in project design phase, design risk and HAZOP assessments.


• Preparing and managing project schedules, CAPEX budgets.


• Project coordination, interfacing, and directing contractors during implementation


• Project management, safely managing and directing contractors during construction phase.


• Commissioning, ramp up and hand\-over to operations.



• What makes you a good fit



• A degree in Chemistry, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering


• 3–5 years of experience in within the chemical, food and beverages industrial sectors


• Strong mechanical and electrical background.


• Handled scheduling, budgeting, risk mitigation, and scope development as a Project Engineer.


• P\&ID development activities, HAZOP/SIL reviews and supporting cost estimate activities.


• Control of contractors during installation.
