Project Engineer-Elettric System
TXT InfraWise is an innovative startup spun off from the Politecnico di Milano and part of the TXT Group, specializing in the development of advanced solutions for monitoring and managing critical infrastructures such as bridges, viaducts, and tunnels. Through proprietary IoT/OT platforms, advanced algorithms, and AI\-native technologies, the company develops predictive systems for real\-time structural health monitoring of civil infrastructures, transforming academic research into practical solutions that enhance safety and infrastructure resilience.
TXT InfraWise is looking for a Project Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities
Design of low\-voltage electrical systems in both alternating current (AC) and direct current (DC), including related distribution, control, and switchgear panels.
Electrical line sizing and preparation of single\-line and multi\-line electrical diagrams.
Development of layouts and technical drawings using 2D and 3D CAD software.
Preparation of engineering documentation throughout all project phases (conceptual, basic, detailed, executive, and as\-built design).
Preparation of cost estimates, bills of quantities (BoQs), cost analyses, and tender documentation.
Drafting of technical reports, design specifications, and technical procurement documents.
Design of special electrical systems and support for testing, commissioning, and validation activities of power and control systems.
Review and validation of technical deliverables produced by external consultants and suppliers.
Technical support in coordinating activities with clients, suppliers, and project teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Proven experience in the design of civil and industrial electrical systems.
Knowledge of applicable technical standards, regulations, and industry legislation.
Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD design and modeling software.
Experience with specialized electrical design software such as SPAC and Integra.
Solid understanding of electrical machines, installations, networks, and circuits.
Ability to design and size electrical components, networks, and systems.
Experience in the use of electrical testing, measurement, and verification instruments.
Strong analytical skills, problem\-solving abilities, and a collaborative team\-oriented mindset.

What We Offer:
The contract offered for this position is a permanent employment contract, with an annual gross salary ranging between €39\.000 and €44\.000\.
The employment level and classification will be determined during the selection process based on the candidate's profile and in accordance with the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Metalworking Industry.
