Project Coordinator - Retrofit and Renewables
Due to continued growth and the award of a number of new contracts across the UK, LMF Energy Services Ltd is looking to recruit experienced Project Coordinators to join our expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast\-paced business delivering large\-scale retrofit, renewable energy and energy\-efficiency programmes across the UK.
We are particularly interested in candidates who already have experience within the retrofit, renewable energy, construction or social housing sector, especially those who have supported programmes delivered for Housing Associations, Local Authorities or other social housing clients.
You will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects from mobilisation through to completion, working closely with Project Managers, field teams, subcontractors, residents and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers with the day\-to\-day coordination and administration of multiple projects
- Coordinate works across large\-scale domestic retrofit and renewable energy programmes
- Maintain project trackers, programmes, records and management information
- Monitor project progress and ensure key milestones and deadlines are achieved
- Coordinate installation teams, subcontractors, surveys and appointments
- Liaise with clients, Housing Associations, Local Authorities and other stakeholders
- Work closely with resident/tenant liaison teams to support effective communication with residents
- Ensure project documentation is accurately maintained and updated
- Track outstanding actions and proactively follow these through to completion
- Coordinate information between internal departments including Operations, Design, Commercial, Purchasing, Submissions and Compliance
- Support project mobilisation and the onboarding of new contracts
- Assist with client reporting and preparation of project performance information
- Identify potential delays or delivery issues and escalate these to the Project Manager
- Support the resolution of operational and customer issues
- Ensure project information is accurately recorded within company systems
- Help maintain high standards of customer service throughout the delivery process
Our first choice would be someone who already understands the environment in which we operate.
Ideally, you will have:
- Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Assistant Project Manager or similar
- Experience within retrofit, renewable energy, energy efficiency, construction or social housing
- Experience supporting contracts for Housing Associations and/or Local Authorities
- Experience working on large\-scale, multi\-property programmes
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with clients, contractors and internal teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
- A proactive approach to problem solving and project delivery
