Pay: £17\.50–£18\.88 per hour, depending on experience, qualification and evidenced ability.
Hours: 16 hours per week
Working pattern: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 10\.00am–2\.00pm
Location: Hoylake / Wirral currently \- North West wide service

We are looking for a practical, organised and competent Care Operations \& Compliance Administrator to help keep a busy specialist care, SEND support and community support service running properly day to day.
This is a varied part\-time role supporting rota coordination, HR administration, compliance records, safer recruitment and day\-to\-day operations. Using a strength based approach the PEACE culture thrives on continuity, routine and structure.
We need someone who can take ownership of tasks, chase actions, keep records up to date, spot gaps, and make sure staff, managers and systems stay joined up.
Why this role matters
Our work supports children, young people and adults with complex needs through regulated care, community support and specialist SEND support. Good organisation, accurate records and strong follow\-up help keep people safe, staff supported, and the service ready for CQC, commissioner, audit and safeguarding scrutiny.
What you will be doing
- Keeping daily operations on track and escalating urgent issues promptly.
- Checking rota cover, staffing gaps, swaps, sickness, appointments and annual leave changes.
- Updating HR, care, support and compliance systems accurately.
- Uploading evidence, chasing missing records and keeping files CQC and audit\-ready.
- Supporting recruitment, interview arrangements, onboarding and safer recruitment administration.
- Maintaining DBS, training, supervision, induction and personnel records.
- Preparing simple reports, action trackers, meeting notes and internal updates.
- Supporting communication between managers, staff, families and professionals where needed.
- Helping with social media and recruitment posts to promote the organisation appropriately.
- Following up agreed actions so tasks are completed by the deadline.
- Strong administration, organisation and attention to detail.
- Confidence using Microsoft 365, email, spreadsheets and online systems.
- Experience in care, SEND support, HR, recruitment, compliance or operations would be helpful.
- Ability to work independently and follow tasks through properly.
- Clear, professional communication skills.
- Calm approach when things change or become urgent.
- Understanding of confidentiality, safeguarding and professional boundaries.
- A practical, can\-do attitude and willingness to learn our systems.
- Experience with rota systems, HR systems, care management systems or support records.
- Knowledge of safer recruitment, DBS checks, training records or staff compliance.
- Experience in a regulated service such as social care, children’s services, SEND support, community care or health care.
- Basic social media or recruitment advertising experience.
- Competitive hourly pay of £17\.50–£18\.88 per hour.
- Set daytime hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 10\.00am–2\.00pm.
