Project Coordinator
To provide administrative and project support to Sales, Operations, and Project Management teams as required.
Create and supply customer quotations and pricing schedules.
Create Customer product packs for projects and completing RAMS before projects commence on site
Assist in creating and processing sales orders in a timely fashion
Assist in creating delivery schedules for client projects in conjunction with the Project Team.
Liaison with installation subcontractor teams.
Follow up with suppliers and clients on the telephone for administrative purposes.
Create Operations and Maintenance Manuals for clients once projects are completed.
Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings.
Ensure project deadlines are met in conjunction with the Project Team.
Attend sites to carry out furniture audits.
Carry out full site surveys with the appointed installation team prior to the start date on site
Oversee client site installations of furniture
Follow up and complete snagging lists to enable project sign\-off.
Project sign off on site on install completion
Attend site meetings where necessary, UK\-wide
Work outside of normal working hours when necessary, allowing flexible working
Pay: £27,000\.00\-£32,000\.00 per year
