Role Summary:
The Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role to ensure the company delivers exceptional services to our clients from start to finish.
The job holder will take day to day work package control responsibility for the field engineering teams to ensure operations run smoothly as well as reporting and tracking.
The role requires the Project Coordinator to provide daily support to the offsite engineering teams as well as providing critical project coordination of work packages including tracking and reporting.
Tracking and reporting are critical to this role and therefore we’re looking for someone who has an extremely good eye for detail and who can utilise MS Excel proficiently.
Key Duties Include
- Tracking, managing and organising projects, normally short duration but can be longer duration, we’re looking for someone who’s adaptable.
- Maintaining planning systems for field engineers.
- Arranging travel plans with engineering team and ensuring efficiency.
- Confident, able to work remotely and take part in and run conference calls with clients.
- Liaising with clients to book in work, provide updates and general client support and communications.
- Preparation of Engineers Job packs and other associated project enablement works.
- Management of financial trackers and monitoring of budgets such as O/T.
- Managing \& booking Subcontractors.
- Ordering plant, parts, and consumables and then processing purchase orders.
- Completion of RAMs (generic/urgent) with support of Line Manager/Compliance Manager, training can be provided but an idea of RAMS would be preferred but isn’t essential for the right candidate who’s willing to learn.
- Completion of forms (defects/near misses/incidents) if required.
- Managerial cover would be a benefit or experience can be built.

This is a remote role to be based within South Wales to accommodate visits to client premises and regional localness to existing team.
Pay: £30,000\.00\-£34,000\.00 per year
