Project Coordinator
Hybrid Electrical Solutions are looking for an ambitious Project Coordinator to join our growing team.
The Project Coordinator provides essential support to the Project Manager in the delivery and coordination of complex, high\-value advanced Mechanical and Electrical installations. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that all tasks, milestones, and deliverables are executed efficiently, on time, and in alignment with programme objectives. Working within a multidisciplinary environment, the Project Coordinator contributes to the seamless operation of project delivery through proactive coordination, communication, and progress tracking.

What you will do
Project Coordination and Support
- Assist the Project Manager in the day\-to\-day execution of project scope \& objectives.
- Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams to ensure alignment and timely progress.
- Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date project documentation, schedules, and action registers.
- Ownership of task tracking \& follow\-up actions with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Support the preparation and distribution of reports, dashboards, and meeting materials.
- Ensure meeting outcomes, actions, and decisions are documented and communicated effectively.
- Act as a central coordination point for project communication and information flow.
- Liaise across departments to ensure contributors remain informed, aligned, and accountable.
- Support internal and external stakeholder engagement to ensure effective collaboration.
- Escalate issues or risks promptly and assist in implementing mitigation actions.
- Take initiative to identify and address delivery gaps, ensuring progress continues as planned.
- Contribute directly to project execution activities where necessary to maintain momentum.
- Support adherence to governance frameworks, processes, and standards across programmes.
- Promote consistency in delivery practices, contributing to process and system improvements.
Essential:
- Experience in project coordination, administration, or support roles—ideally within a highways, communications or utilities environment.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Planner, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities \& meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Effective interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse, cross\-functional teams.
- Able to travel to and from the office
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or other enterprise project management systems.
- Exposure to engineering programmes.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to task management.
- Positive, solutions\-oriented mindset with a focus on progress and accountability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptable, eager to learn, and capable of working autonomously under guidance.

Pay: £35,000\.00\-£42,000\.00 per year
