The Role

We are looking for an organised and customer\-focused Projects Coordinator to join our growing team.

This is a varied role where you will manage projects from the point of sale through to installation, helping to ensure a smooth experience for both customers and installers. You will work closely with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments to keep projects running efficiently and on schedule.

This position would suit someone who enjoys problem\-solving, building relationships, and working as part of a team in a busy office environment.

You will work in our newly renovated office.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing your own projects and coordinating subcontractors across the UK

  • Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal departments throughout the project journey

  • Preparing quotes, pricing, and supplier orders

  • Providing excellent customer support and aftercare

  • Resolving queries and finding practical solutions when needed

  • Maintaining accurate project records using internal systems
The Candidate
  • Previous experience in customer service

  • Experience handling customer queries or resolving issues professionally

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • A positive and team\-focused attitude

  • Good communication skills and the ability to build working relationships

  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities

  • Experience using CRM systems is helpful but not essential, as full training will be provided
Experience within the double glazing industry would be an advantage, but is not essential.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday

  • 8am – 5pm

  • One late shift per week (Wednesday, 11am – 8pm)

  • One Saturday shift per month (with a day back the following Friday)
Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,436\.00 per year
