Location: Office-based in Birmingham (with occasional travel)

Salary: Up to £35,000

The Role

We’re working with a fast-moving business in the FMCG space looking for a highly organised and energetic Project Coordinator. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping multiple moving parts on track.

You’ll sit at the heart of operations, helping coordinate projects, support product launches, and ensure everything runs smoothly across teams. If you love a bit of chaos (the organised kind) and take pride in staying one step ahead - this could be ideal.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met


• Maintaining trackers, timelines and action plans


• Chasing updates and keeping stakeholders aligned across departments


• Supporting product launches, campaigns and operational rollouts


• Managing the small but critical tasks that keep projects moving


• Organising meetings, tracking actions and following up on deliverables


• Supporting communication between internal teams and external partners


• Helping identify risks, delays or gaps before they become issues

• Someone who enjoys being busy and thrives in a fast-paced environment


• Naturally organised with strong attention to detail


• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities at once


• Proactive, hands-on, and not afraid to roll up their sleeves


• Happy managing both large projects and smaller admin tasks


• Confident communicator who can coordinate across teams


• Previous experience in a similar coordination/project role preferred


• FMCG, retail or consumer brand experience is highly desirable

• Loves organisation (and isn't fazed by chaos)


• Gets satisfaction from keeping everything on track


• Positive, adaptable and solutions-focused


• A real “get it done” mindset

• Office-based role


• Some travel required
